This Agreement is between you ("End-User") and VogChat ("Licensor"), and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for VogChat and its content.
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VogChat on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use VogChat on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make VogChat available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to VogChat, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to VogChat.
The Licensor is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of VogChat to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for VogChat to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to VogChat, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Licensor's sole responsibility.
The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to VogChat or your possession and/or use of VogChat, including, but not limited to:
In the event of any third-party claim that VogChat or your possession and use of VogChat infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Licensor, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that:
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using VogChat (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

VogChat is a messaging platform that provides users with private group chat rooms featuring ephemeral messaging and room-based access.
Hosting Provider Status: VogChat operates as a "Hosting Provider" in accordance with applicable laws, including Law No. 5651 and international internet regulations.
Content Responsibility: VogChat provides reporting tools and takes immediate action on reported content to maintain a safe environment. All content shared through VogChat is the responsibility of the users who create and share such content. VogChat reserves the right to take action on any content that violates these terms.
The following actions are strictly prohibited. Upon detection or complaint, the related chat will be immediately and permanently terminated:
Planning, promoting, or engaging in terrorism-related content, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, or any activity considered illegal under applicable local or international laws.
Sharing viruses, trojans, malware, or links that may harm users' devices.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incitement to violence, threats, harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
Phishing, identity theft, financial fraud, or deceptive practices targeting users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Data Loss: VogChat is built on an infrastructure that does not store messages or content. VogChat shall not be held liable for any loss of data resulting from internet disruptions, browser closures, technical failures, or similar circumstances. No backups exist.
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service: Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. The service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, or technical requirements.
These Terms of Use form an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
By using VogChat, the user acknowledges and accepts that:

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws and courts of the country and city where VogChat management is located.
Due to its role as a hosting provider and its policy of not retaining content or logs, VogChat holds only limited technical data and does not maintain recoverable content records.
